Diamonds Terms
Last updated: November 6, 2026 · Describes the store as it is in early access.
What are Diamonds and where do you get them?
Diamonds are Diyar Online's in-game virtual currency; they are valid only in the game's Diamonds store and only in this game. You get them in two ways: by buying a Diamonds package inside the app, or by earning them for free in the game (for example Season Path rewards). The store needs an account (email and password); just playing does not.
Diamonds are bought only inside the app, through the App Store (iPhone and iPad) or Google Play (Android). There is no other sales channel: Diamonds are not sold on a website, by a third-party seller or by code. The store takes the payment; the purchase is subject to the store's terms and payment method, and your card and payment details never reach us.
Package prices and how many Diamonds each package holds are shown on the purchase screen; no price is written on this page because prices can change and the store shows the amount in its own currency and with its taxes. What counts is the amount the store shows at the moment you confirm the payment.
Three kinds of Diamonds and the spending order
- Purchased Diamonds: what you get for a package bought with real money.
- Bonus Diamonds: the extra amount given with a package (for example a first-purchase bonus or a campaign).
- Free Diamonds: what is earned in the game; there is a monthly cap per account.
When you spend, free Diamonds are used first, then bonus, and purchased Diamonds last. This order protects you in refund and payment dispute cases: the longer purchased Diamonds stay in your balance, the less likely it is that your products have to be reversed when a refund comes. Purchased Diamonds are never converted to another kind.
Tied to the account, non-transferable, not convertible to cash, no expiry
- Tied to the account. Diamonds and every right bought with them (cosmetics, the Diyar Pass, timed items, counted items, a big house model) are recorded on the buying account and apply on that account's characters. They cannot be transferred to another account or player, gifted or traded.
- Not convertible to cash or in-game gold. Diamonds cannot be turned into real money, in-game gold or in-game items; in-game gold cannot buy Diamonds. Selling Diamonds to someone for real money, or selling or buying accounts, is forbidden.
- The balance does not expire. A Diamonds balance never times out. A duration applies only to some products (for example the Experience Talisman for 1 / 7 / 30 days, the Wayfarer's Seal for 30 days; the time runs in real time even when you are out of the game) and is written on the product's screen. Counted products (the Holy Scroll, Stat Reset, the name change right) wait until used.
- If the account closes: if you delete your account yourself (and do not change your mind by signing in within 14 days), the remaining balance and the rights you bought with Diamonds become void; they are not refunded or moved to another account. If the account is banned, the balance and rights are frozen while the ban lasts: they open again if the ban is lifted, and become void, with no refund, if the ban becomes final (Terms of Service). This does not affect refund rights that the store or the law gives you.
- Diamonds are not a deposit, a means of payment or an investment; they earn no interest and have no value outside the game.
What is sold and what is not
Sold
- Cosmetics: 35 products in 9 categories. They change only the look.
- Diyar Pass: one per season; opens the premium track of the Season Path (season cosmetics + 150 Diamonds paid back).
- Small conveniences: the Experience Talisman (up to +25% XP from monsters), the Wayfarer's Seal (teleport gold cost −50%), the Holy Scroll (prevents the XP loss of a death caused by a monster or the environment), the Stat Reset Talisman (gives back the points you have), an Extra Quick Slot Page, a Name Change Token (once every 30 days).
- Extra Bag Page: opens one more page of bag slots, permanent and tied to the account; the number an account can hold is limited. It gives no power, damage, health, drop chance or gold; it only makes room. If it is refunded, the items on that page are never deleted: the page stays take-out only until it is empty.
- Big house models: the Manor and the Villa. They change only the model of your house: a wider hall and more room for decor. The functions are the standard house's; they give no power (details). House themes are sold separately: buying a model gives no theme and buying a theme gives no model.
- Diamonds packages (for real money, only inside the app through the App Store or Google Play).
Not sold
- Levels, bulk XP and stat points
- Gear power, weapon damage, health and defense
- Item drop chance and gold multipliers
- PvP protection or any PvP advantage
- Season points, tiers, rankings and Winter contribution
- Village level and village contribution
- Deeds / the right to a plot, and in-game gold (what is sold is a house model, not the right to the land)
- Random rewards: no loot boxes and no luck boosts
Cosmetic categories:
- Outfit Set
- Hair / Headgear
- Weapon Skin
- Skill Effect Color
- Name / Title Frame
- House Facade Theme
- Village Banner / Shrine
- Emote Pack
- Companion
Every product's purchase screen has a "What it does / What it does not do" text. The Experience Talisman does not affect bosses, the Howling Totem, PvP, season points, rankings or Winter contribution; several talismans do not stack. Cosmetics that are season rewards (16 of them) are not sold with Diamonds during that season.
Big house models (Manor, Villa)
The standard house is built in the game with gold and is not sold. With Diamonds you can only enlarge the model of your house: the Manor or the Villa. The deed / the right to a plot is not sold: the deed is bought in the game and only with gold; the Manor and the Villa do not give that right, they only change the model of the house.
- What it gives: a wider hall inside and more furniture and rugs you can place in the room (a fixed ceiling for each model). Sizes and prices are shown on the purchase screen.
- What it does not give: power or functions. The chest, bed and hearth are the standard house's; there is no extra chest, crafting station, better rest, village points, upkeep discount or PvP cover.
- Tied to the account and permanent: the right is recorded on your account once, has no expiry, and every character on the account can build his own house in that model. It cannot be transferred, gifted, or turned into gold or Diamonds (the "Tied to the account…" rules above apply to it too).
- House themes are sold separately. A theme is the outside look of a house and is one of the cosmetic categories; buying a model gives no theme and buying a theme gives no model; every theme works on every house model.
- Manor → Villa upgrade: an owner of the Manor gets the Villa for the difference, without paying the full price again (the Diamonds you paid for the Manor are deducted). The upgrade cannot be bought on an account without the Manor right; the full Villa price is not offered to a Manor owner, so nobody pays twice.
- Monthly upkeep: the Manor and the Villa have an upkeep fee paid once a month; the standard house has none. It is paid only with in-game gold and in the game; Diamonds are never asked for. The owner pays it at the house door or inside, out of the gold in the bag; the amount is shown on the purchase screen and the upkeep screen. The game warns you when the due date nears and when it passes. After the due date there is a 7-day grace period; if the fee is still unpaid the house is locked: the door shuts to everyone, you included (nobody can go in), the chest, furniture and "move the house" actions are refused, you cannot respawn in that house, the house stays where it stands in the world and an "upkeep unpaid" sign shows at its door. The moment you pay the fee at the door, from outside, the lock opens. The lock deletes none of your items, does not turn the house back into the standard model and does not take away the right you bought.
The model of a house gets smaller only when the right is taken off your account because of a refund or a payment dispute.
The fairness promise
In Diyar Online money does not buy power. Nothing in the "not sold" list above is sold in any package or in any campaign; there are no random rewards (loot boxes, luck boosts). Cosmetics cannot imitate or change the warning colors of enemy attacks or the PK status colors (Clean / Outlaw / Bloodstained). If a product that gives power ever has to be added to this list, this page is updated first and the change is announced in the game. This promise covers every way something is sold or given in the game: the store in the app, the Diyar Pass, campaigns and rewarded ads (the reward of an ad is also only a convenience or a cosmetic from the "sold" list above, never Diamonds or power).
The big house models (Manor, Villa) and the house themes are part of this promise too: they give only looks, room inside and room for decor, and no power, function or advantage. The monthly upkeep is paid with in-game gold and never with Diamonds.
Age and purchase limits
- Store account and age. Purchases belong to the owner of the App Store or Google Play account and are subject to the store's age, family (parental) and spending settings. A parent's or guardian's permission may be needed for purchases made on behalf of a minor. If a minor made a purchase without a parent's or guardian's permission, the refund is requested through the store's refund process; if the store approves it, the Diamonds are taken back from the account under the reversal rule below. The parent or guardian can also write to us (billing@playdiyar.com): we give the information needed to bring the case to the store and may close the account's purchase access.
- Spending limit. The store and the game may apply a spending limit per account for security; the limit can be lowered per account. An order that would exceed the limit cannot be started.
- The account is locked temporarily after wrong password attempts.
Reversals after a refund or a payment dispute
- Refunds are the store's process. A Diamonds package is refunded under the refund policy and process of Apple on the App Store and of Google on Google Play; you make the request directly to that store and the store sets the refund terms. Digital content is delivered to your account immediately when you confirm the payment. We apply the store's refund decision to your account.
- Reversal: when the store refunds a payment, the corresponding Diamonds, bonus included, are deducted from the account in proportion to the amount refunded (first from the purchased, then from the bonus balance).
- Payment dispute (chargeback): the moment a payment is disputed through the store or your payment provider, the Diamonds of that order are frozen and the account is closed to spending and purchases. If the dispute is decided in your favor the Diamonds are returned; if against you they are deducted for good.
- Debt: if the Diamonds to be deducted are not in your balance, the balance goes negative and the account is restricted. The debt is closed by cancelling the products you last bought with Diamonds and crediting their value to your balance, until the products run out.
- A lost dispute: the account stays restricted until the review is complete. Two lost disputes lead to a permanent store ban.
- If you have a legitimate complaint, write to us before disputing: billing@playdiyar.com. A dispute restricts your account, so it is often slower than writing to us.
- A big house model: if the Manor, the Villa or the upgrade is refunded, reversed by a payment dispute, cancelled to close a debt or withdrawn by an administrator, your account loses the right to that model and your house goes back to the biggest model your account still has the right to: to the standard house if none is left; to the Manor if the Villa upgrade is reversed and your Manor right stands. It happens the next time the character that owns the house is in the game with that account. No item is deleted: furniture that no longer fits the smaller room goes first to the house chest and, when the chest is full, to the Emanet.
- The upkeep fee is in-game gold: nothing is taken from your Diamonds or your real money, and these reversal rules do not apply to it (Big house models).
Account restrictions and bans
In the cases below, an account's store access may be closed, spending and purchases may be stopped temporarily or for good, the account may be suspended, and Diamonds and products may be cancelled:
- using a stolen or unauthorized payment method, fraud, abuse of payment disputes;
- trading Diamonds, accounts or products; cheating, exploiting bugs, automation;
- other breaches of the Terms of Service.
When we apply a restriction we tell you the reason and how to appeal; administrator actions are written with their reason to an audit log that cannot be altered. To appeal: support@playdiyar.com.
Store and price changes
The catalog, packages, prices and campaigns can change; the terms shown on the store's screen at the moment of purchase apply. The store may be closed temporarily for technical or security reasons; while it is closed sales stop, and refund and payment dispute handling continues. Taxes are shown on the store's payment screen under the applicable rules. Payments are taken through the App Store or Google Play; your card details do not reach us.
